Christine by Althea Liu -A musing on The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux which I published in 2004. Yes, it is something of a piece of glorified fanfiction. Its biggest selling point perhaps is that it was rejected by publishers for being too romantic to be classified as horror and too gory to be marketed as romance. Well, I would want to read a book by that description, wouldn't you? |
